So, like most parents, I hate to throw away my kids' artwork. They draw and color A LOT at home and at school, therefore, I have a piles of stored artwork. Here's one idea: Scan your favorites and make a photobook. The originals can be tossed when the book is done.
Here's an example of one someone did for their kindergartner:

Ooh I like the book idea. I have just been photoing them and putting them in their own folder! :) then recycling. We do that with all the little paper work Miriam does at school too.
