We went to Shrek the Third yesterday. It was great. What was not great was the money we spent on popcorn and soda. I can't even bring myself to say how much we spent. We even snuck in our own candy! It was a good thing we had 2 free tickets for the movie itself.

I love seeing movies in the theater... but it's the fact that this internal need for the dumb theater popcorn kicks in as soon as I open the door that keeps me away. Oh, that and the $9/ticket price. There is nothing like a theater experience though! I'm glad it was good! You have to keep posting your kids words of wisdom... they are so funny!
